Quick troubleshooting
Most issues fall into one of these buckets. If none of these solve it, email info@Jhobbie.com.
- I'm not getting severe-weather notifications
- Open Settings → Notifications → Atmos and confirm Allow Notifications is on. Inside Atmos, open Settings → Notifications and check the master switch plus per-category toggles. Severe-weather alerts require an Atmos Pro subscription.
- Restore Purchases
- Open the app, tap Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. If you previously subscribed on a different Apple ID, sign in with that Apple ID and try again.
- Cancel an Atmos Pro subscription
- Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Atmos → Cancel. Atmos cannot cancel a subscription on your behalf.
- Forecast looks wrong for my location
- Atmos uses Open-Meteo on a 1km grid. Make sure location permission is set to While Using the App, then pull down to refresh. If the issue persists, email us with your city/zip and a screenshot.
- Delete my account
- Inside the app, tap Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data. You can also email info@Jhobbie.com from the email tied to your Apple ID and we'll process the deletion within 30 days.
